Return & Exchange Policy
As our products are customized, we do not accept returns. However, if the product is damaged only during shipping (and not delivered directly from the store), we will offer a replacement.
In the rare event that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we do not offer refunds, but we will gladly process an exchange. To initiate an exchange, please provide an unboxing video that clearly shows the damage or defect upon receiving the product.
