Return & Cancellation Policy

At JPCL Frames(online brand of Janapriya Digital Color Lab), all our products are customized, we do not accept returns. However, if a product is damaged during shipping (and not delivered directly from the store), we will offer a replacement.

To initiate a replacement, please provide an unboxing video that clearly shows the damage or defect within 48 hours of delivery.

At JPCL Frames, all our products are fully personalized and custom-made. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. As each item is specially created for you, we are unable to offer refunds or accept cancellations on personalized products.
